Breads in Keto Lingo!

When I first started following the Keto Lifestyle, I really did miss bread. I stuck with it though and over the weeks and months I discovered some really tasty Keto friendly breads that wont kick you out of ketosis providing you don’t eat the whole loaf in one sitting that is!

I have recipe’s here on my page that are all free from the usual bread flours and are perfect for low carb eating. The flour is swapped over for Almond Flour, Coconut Flour, eggs, butter and to help make everything bind together much like gluten is the power of xanthan gum.

Grains can cause your body problems. Gluten free foods have become quite popular and the reason being is because grain can cause allergies and other issues internally. When you leave the grains out you also leave behind a heaping of carbs that your body likes to convert into glucose and then fat. A typical slice of bread is up at 20 grams of carbs. Some people are around the 20 gram mark of carbohydrates per day! Others such as myself can handle 30 grams of net carbs per day, some even more and some people that are very insulin resistant are a lot less than 20 grams per day.

So don’t go without, you can have your bread and eat it too…
