Guacamole Keto Easy


  • 2 ripe avocados, scoop out the flesh
  • 1 small tomato, diced
  • 1/4 cup cilantro ie coriander, finely chopped
  • juice from 1/2 a lime
  • salt to your taste
  • 1 green chilli (jalapeno) finely chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder



  1. Mash up the avocado flesh using a spoon or a fork. Mix in the other ingredients

Per Tablespoon – 4 grams Fat, Net Carbs 1 gram, Protein 1 gram. (estimated)
