Keto Crackers

Have these crackers with your Guacamole

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups almond flour
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tblspns olive oil
  • 3/4 tspn salt
  • 1/4 tspn basil
  • 1/2 tspn thyme
  • 1/4 tspn oregano
  • 1/2 tspn onion powder
  • 1/4 tspn garlic powder

 

Instructions

  1. Pre heat oven to 175C
  2. Mix all the ingredients well to form a dough
  3. Shape dough into long retangular log – use gladwrap to get the dough tight
  4. cut into thin slices 0.5 cm thick
  5. Carefully place each slice onto a sheet of baking paper on baking tray.
  6. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes

Makes approximately 20 – 30 crackers

4 Servings:  Fat 25 grams, Net Carbs 3 grams, Protein 9 grams.
